Financial advisor website design
Financial advisor website design that earns trust before the first meeting.
People are trusting you with their money. Your website should make that easy.
Websites for established advisory firms where trust is the entire product.
The gap between your work and your website
Nobody hires a financial advisor casually. They're handing you their future. So before the first meeting, they're looking for reasons to trust you, and reasons not to.
A dated, cluttered, or confusing website plants doubt before you've said a word. Not because your advice is wrong. Because the site doesn't look like it belongs to a firm that manages money carefully. That gap costs you the client before you ever meet them.
What I build for advisory firms
- Clean, conservative, and credible. No hype, no gimmicks, no stock photos of handshakes.
- A clear explanation of who you serve and how you work, so the right people self-select
- A process page that makes the first meeting feel low-risk
- Team and credentials presented in a way that builds confidence
- Fast, secure, and built to look like a firm that has its act together
Compliance
Built for your compliance review
I'm not your compliance officer, and I won't pretend to be. But I build advisor sites knowing one is going to read every word. Plain language. No performance claims, no promises, no adjectives that trigger a rewrite.
A clean structure that's easy to review and easy to approve. The goal is a site your compliance review signs off on the first time, not the third.
Proof
Peregrin is a financial services firm that had outgrown its website. A full rebuild, brand and website together, built to make a mature operation look as established online as it already was.
Not an agency
The advisor-marketing agencies will put you in a queue behind two hundred other firms and hand you a template with your logo on it. I'm one person. I build your site, I answer your email, and you're never a ticket number. For a boutique firm, that's the difference between a site that's yours and a site that's theirs with your name on it.
What it costs
Three ways in, depending on how sure you are that the site is the problem.

Financial advisor website questions, answered
Will my compliance officer need to review the whole site?
Almost certainly, and I build assuming they will. The structure is clean and easy to review, the language is plain, and there is nothing buried in a design element that someone has to hunt for. The goal is a site your compliance review signs off on the first time, not the third.
Do you redesign an existing advisor site, or start over?
Either, and I will tell you which after I look. If the site is recent and the bones are sound, a redesign is cheaper and faster. If it was built on a template that fights you every time compliance asks for a change, starting over costs less in the long run. What I will not do is put a new coat of paint on something that is going to need replacing in a year.
Can you write copy that won't get flagged?
I direct the copy with your review in mind: plain language, no performance claims, no promises, and none of the adjectives that trigger a rewrite. I am not your compliance officer and I will not pretend to be, so your officer still has the final say. What I can do is stop the obvious problems from ever reaching their desk.
How much does an RIA website cost?
The Statement Site starts at $6,000 and the Growth Site starts at $10,000. Most advisory firms land on the Statement Site unless they publish regularly or want to make their own updates. The $450 Website Audit is the cheaper way to find out which one you actually need.
Can I edit the site myself after launch?
That is what the Growth Site is for. It adds an editing dashboard so you can post updates and add team bios without me. The Statement Site has no dashboard and no logins on purpose, because plenty of firms would rather own something that never needs attention.
Your site should earn trust before the first meeting.
Advisory firm rebuilds start at $6,000. I take on two to three projects at a time, and I answer my own email.
