Peregrin
This wasn't just a website project. They needed a brand. I designed the logo refresh, built the brand book, redesigned the website in Figma, built it in WordPress and Elementor Pro, designed the lead magnet, the business cards, the marketing materials. All of it.

- Figma + Elementor Pro
The problem
Peregrin has been around since 2000. They help banks and lenders run debt management programs, and they're genuinely good at it. But their website and brand materials didn't reflect where the company was. The design felt dated. The logo felt dated. Everything felt like it belonged to an earlier version of the business.
They didn't just need a new website. They needed everything tightened up and brought into alignment. A brand that communicated the same confidence and credibility their clients had already come to expect from them in person.
The site also lacked a lead generation layer. Traffic was coming in but there was nothing to capture it, no lead magnet, no content offer, nothing to give a potential client a reason to stay connected before they were ready to buy.
The approach
Peregrin came to me through a referral from a copywriter colleague who was already working on their homepage content. She needed a designer who could work alongside her without making things complicated. That's how this started. And what began as a website project turned into something much bigger.
I started with the brand before touching the website. A refreshed logo, a full color system, typography guidelines, photography direction, brand voice. Everything documented in a 16-page brand book so anyone on their team, or any future vendor, could apply the brand consistently without guessing.
Once the brand foundation was solid, I designed the full website in Figma. Every page laid out before a single line of code. Peregrin's clients are banks and lenders, sophisticated buyers who make decisions carefully. The site needed to communicate security, clarity, and credibility from the first scroll.
The build went into WordPress with Elementor Pro. Clean structure, fast load, responsive across all devices. I also designed and built a lead magnet, a 6-page PDF guide on common debt management mistakes, with a dedicated landing section on the homepage to capture emails and start building their list.
Business cards, letterhead, marketing materials. All of it designed to the same system so everything Peregrin puts in front of a client feels like it came from the same place. Because it did.
Before and after
In their words
Paula played a key role in shaping our brand image, helping Peregrin bring a cohesive vision to life across our website, brand book, letterhead, business cards, and promotional materials. She is responsive and consistently delivers professional-quality designs that align with our company and brand. She's been great to work with from the start, and now that she knows us well, she turns around new projects quickly and seamlessly on an as-needed basis.
The results
Peregrin got a brand they can actually use consistently. Not just a website, but a full system: logo files, brand guidelines, templates, a lead magnet, and marketing materials that all feel like they belong together.
Jessica put it well: cohesive vision across every touchpoint. That's the job. And because they now have a documented brand system, bringing in any future vendor doesn't mean starting from scratch. The work is already done.
They still reach out regularly for new projects. Quick turnarounds, no re-briefing required. That's what it looks like when a brand engagement actually sticks.
- 6+ Deliverables, from the website to the business cards
- 1 Cohesive brand system across every touchpoint
- Ongoing Still working together on new projects as needed
