Law firm website design
Law firm website design for firms that are better than their website.
Your firm is excellent. Does your website say so?
Websites for established law firms that do serious work and deserve a site that shows it.
The gap between your work and your website
Here's how people find you now. A referral mentions your name. They google you before they call. Your website is the first impression, and it's doing that job whether you built it for that or not.
If the site is dated, if the practice areas are buried, if the attorney bios read like a directory listing, if it falls apart on a phone, that referral just got a little less warm. Not because of your work. Because of the gap between your work and your website.
What I build for law firms
- A homepage that says what you do and who you do it for in the first five seconds
- Practice area pages that are findable and actually explain how you help
- Attorney bios that build trust instead of just listing credentials
- A site that works perfectly on the phone your prospect is holding
- One clear way to reach you, on every page
Immigration, family law, estate planning, personal injury, business and employment law. One page for each area you actually practise, so someone searching for their specific problem lands on the page about it rather than on a list of eight things you do.
Proof
Xenos Law Group came to me with a site that undersold a serious immigration practice. After the rebuild: 42.7% more visitors, 48.6% more engagement, verified in GA4. He hired me a second time when the firm rebranded, and somewhere in those two years he became my own immigration lawyer.
- +42.7% active users
- +48.6% event count
Not an agency
The big legal marketing agencies have built thousands of law firm sites. They also have forty people, and your boutique practice is a small account in a long queue. I'm one person. The person who designs your site is the person who builds it and the person who answers when you email. For a firm your size, that's not a limitation. It's the point.
What it costs
Three ways in, depending on how sure you are that the site is the problem.
-
The Website Audit
$450
A written report on what is costing you trust and what to fix first. Credited toward a project if you hire me afterward.
About the Website Audit -
The Statement Site
From $6,000
Hand-built, yours forever, no monthly fee and nothing to log into. Most firms land here.

Law firm website questions, answered
How much does a law firm website cost?
The Statement Site starts at $6,000 and the Growth Site starts at $10,000. Which one you need depends on whether your firm publishes content and wants to edit the site itself. If you would rather find out what is wrong with the site you have before spending anything, the Website Audit is $450 and comes off the project if you hire me afterward.
Is this a redesign of my current site or a rebuild from scratch?
Almost always a rebuild. A redesign that keeps the old structure usually keeps the old problems, and on a law firm site the structure is the problem: practice areas buried three clicks down, bios that read like a directory. I keep what is working, which is normally the content and the search equity, and rebuild the rest. Your URLs stay put and your rankings come with you.
How long does a law firm website redesign take?
Four to six weeks for most firms, start to finish. Larger sites with a lot of practice areas run longer. I give you a real timeline before we start, not a guess, and the thing that usually slows a project down is waiting on content from the firm, not the build.
Do I need a separate page for each practice area?
Yes, if you want to be found for that work. A single page listing eight practice areas ranks for none of them, and it asks a prospect to figure out on their own whether you handle their problem. One page per area lets you explain how you actually help and gives search engines something specific to rank.
Will I lose my search rankings if I redesign?
Not if it is done properly. I set up redirects so every old link still works, keep your article URLs identical wherever I can, and port your existing schema and metadata to the new site. Moving to a new site should never cost you rankings, and watching for anything that slips is part of the job for the first two weeks after launch.
Can my firm update the site ourselves?
With the Growth Site, yes. It includes a simple editing dashboard so your team can add articles, attorney bios and updates without calling me. The Statement Site deliberately has no dashboard, because some firms want a site that just sits there and works. If something changes, you send me a note and I handle it.
Let's find out if your website is helping or hurting.
Law firm rebuilds start at $6,000. I take on two to three projects at a time, and I answer my own email.
